Responsibilities: Visit colleges, malls, job fairs, NGOs, and training institutes to identify and engage active jobseekers. Give presentations about job requirements and guide students on opportunities.



Build strong networks with small local consultancies to source manpower on a daily basis. Identify new sourcing channels for quality manpower.

Maintain candidate data and share leads with the recruitment team. ? Candidate Profile Must reside near Koyembedu and be flexible to travel across Chennai (Velachery, Siruseri, etc.). Fluent in Tamil with good English communication skills. Must have completed any Degree or Master's Education Strong ability to identify and engage volume jobseekers.
