About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring across different levels and profiles.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job requirement to candidate onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements from respective department heads and prepare suitable recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee references, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
- Plan and execute group hiring for PSO (Personal Security Officers) and Bouncers using unconventional sourcing methods, not limited to paid channels (e.g., community and local networks, referrals, ex-servicemen and security-training networks, walk-in and hiring drives, WhatsApp/Telegram and social media groups).
- Plan, create, and run recruitment ads across relevant platforms to attract quality candidates and track their performance.
- Handle the onboarding of recruitment/manpower agencies, including empanelment, documentation, terms alignment, and ongoing coordination.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and job suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and other employment terms within approved company guidelines.
- Manage offer rollout, documentation, joining formalities, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.




- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with HR/Admin and department heads for smooth onboarding.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports, including open positions, interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Graduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience with job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
- Knowledge of running ads (social media and job platforms) for candidate sourcing.
- Ability to source and hire in bulk/group for PSO and Bouncer roles through unconventional, non-paid methods.
- Experience or understanding of agency onboarding.
- Excellent candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment trackers.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in corporate, manpower, security, facility management, staffing, or service industries will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with a strong recruitment network and proven hiring track record will be preferred.
- Should be target-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
