Duties:

This role will be required to be onsite 2 days a week in our India office.

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will act as a strategic talent advisor to senior leaders across business units, leading end-to-end hiring strategies for business-critical roles.

Aligned with Client principles, you will balance high-touch candidate experiences with operational efficiency, rigorous data tracking, and uncompromising quality standards. You won't just execute searches—you will consult on talent pipelines, market intelligence, and organizational design.

What You’ll Do

- Lead complex, full-lifecycle recruiting strategies for key business functions, maintaining a high bar for talent and cultural alignment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Director- and VP-level stakeholders, providing data-backed market insights, salary benchmarking, and talent mapping.
- Drive pipeline efficiency by leveraging modern TA tooling, structured interviewing frameworks, and lean selection funnels to minimize time-to-fill without sacrificing quality.
- Build robust, diverse talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs, ensuring Client stays ahead of market demand for critical skills.




- Deliver a transparent, respectful, and seamless candidate journey from initial outreach to negotiation and onboarding.
- Model Client discipline for the broader TA team—mentoring junior recruiters, streamlining interview workflows, and identifying opportunities to optimize our hiring engine.

Skills:

What You Bring

- 6+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in fast-paced SaaS, Enterprise Tech, or hyper-growth environments (mixture of agency and in-house experience preferred).
- A strong bias for action, business acumen, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. You focus on high-yield activities and measurable impact.
- Demonstrated experience advising and partnering directly with senior leadership (Director/VP).
- Comfort using recruiting metrics (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, offer acceptance rates) to diagnose bottlenecks and inform strategy.
- Advanced knowledge of contemporary talent acquisition tools, direct-sourcing methodologies, and candidate engagement techniques.
- Experience structuring complex compensation packages and navigating competitive counter-offer scenarios.
