Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for open positions while maintaining strong communication with candidates and internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, resume databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, availability, and interest.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Understand client/job requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
- Submit qualified candidates within required timelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM.
- Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations when required.
- Track interview feedback, offers,



joining dates, and candidate status.
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets.

Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good understanding of job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Ability to identify relevant technical and non-technical skills from resumes.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment tools.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with US staffing/recruitment .
- Experience working with US time zones.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar platforms.
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems such as JobDiva or Bullhorn.
- Knowledge of IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Pharma, or other specialized recruiting domains.
