Role Description The role will involve managing end-to-end talent acquisition responsibilities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, headhunting prospective candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Maintain a pipeline of candidates for important positions all times.
- Keep building a network of valuable talent via LinkedIn and other communities.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires,



including coordinating orientation sessions and preparing onboarding materials.
- - Participate in HR projects such as talent development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee engagement programs.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of exposure to recruitment processes
- Previous work experience in talent acquisition in a marketing agency is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
