Role Description This is a full-time remote Recruiter role responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring talent to support Shine Logistics’ growth across North America. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including drafting job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes for roles such as brokers, compliance experts, dispatchers, and IT professionals. Daily activities include partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, leveraging digital platforms and networks to build candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth, inclusive, and timely candidate experience.

The Recruiter will also maintain accurate recruitment records, track hiring metrics,



and contribute to employer branding initiatives that reflect Shine Logistics’ mission and values. Collaboration with HR and leadership teams to refine recruitment strategies and support workforce planning is a key part of this role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in end-to-end recruiting, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Candidates should possess skills in relationship-building and stakeholder management to work effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms to manage and grow talent pipelines.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication, including clear written correspondence, qualified phone and video interaction, and negotiation of offers.
- Candidates should possess skills in time management and organization to handle multiple requisitions, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of basic HR and recruitment best practices, including non-discriminatory hiring, confidentiality, and compliance with employment guidelines.
- Relevant experience recruiting in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with reliable internet access and a professional home office environment.
