Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Mumbai. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating assessment and selection steps with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment trackers and databases, and ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.





The Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, support offer negotiation and onboarding, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination, with the ability to manage full-cycle recruiting.
- Knowledge of HR practices, recruitment metrics, and compliance with relevant employment regulations.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and basic data management tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal teams.
- Ability to prioritize multiple hiring requirements, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet defined timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; prior experience in agency or corporate recruitment is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Mumbai and collaborating with cross-functional teams across HR, operations, and business units.
- Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn, adapt to recent tools, and contribute to process optimization and employer branding.
