Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior management positions in manufacturing industry.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent from various sources.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on interviewing processes.

- Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 8-16 years of experience in leadership hiring or recruitment in manufacturing industry.

- Proven track record of successfully filling critical roles at senior levels.

- Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, and supply chain management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
