Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Recruiter to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as Shine and Naukri, and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This is a back-office desk job that requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Portal Management: Utilize Shine, Naukri, and other recruitment portals to source candidates effectively.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:



Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide updates on the hiring process.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
- Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and provide feedback throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in sales recruitment.
- Familiarity with recruitment portals like Shine and Naukri.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
