TAK Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our HR team in Noida.

Experience: 02 Years

Location: Noida, Sector 80

Duration: 2 - 3 months

Stipend: 15 - 20 k

Function: Human Resources Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring teams
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS
- Support campus hiring and recruitment initiatives

• Assist with offer, pre-joining, and onboarding coordination

What Were Looking For

- Graduate in HR or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn




- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Interest in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

- Offers extended: minimum of 2 per month
- Candidate feedback: average rating of 4 out of 5 or higher on the recruitment experience
