Role Description This is a full-time, in office Recruiter role based in Nagpur. The Recruiter will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including drafting job descriptions, posting roles, and sourcing candidates through various channels.

Daily responsibilities include screening applications, conducting phone and in-person interviews, coordinating assessments, and facilitating one-way video interviews where required. The Recruiter will perform background and reference checks, maintain accurate candidate records, and communicate clearly with hiring managers about candidate pipelines and hiring decisions.



The role also involves improving recruitment processes, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a structured, fair, and consistent candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Strong skills in candidate assessment, background checks, and evaluation of qualifications and fit.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and basic HR documentation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to fair and unbiased hiring practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience as a Recruiter or in HR operations, ideally within an agency or corporate setting, is an advantage.
