Lenskart is looking for an HR Intern to support our recruitment team in managing hiring activities for retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle bulk hiring for Sales Associate and Store Manager positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring and joining process.
- Support the HR team in achieving daily and monthly hiring targets.

Requirements

- Prior experience in bulk hiring / recruitment will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple candidates and recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented workplace.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
