We’re Hiring: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Permanent Work from Home

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

SD Industries, LLC is looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing team. We are seeking someone who can independently manage multiple open positions, conduct candidate interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and handle end-to-end recruitment for both professional/technical and skilled-trade roles .

What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage multiple job requisitions across different departments.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
- Conduct phone and video interviews independently.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Work closely with hiring managers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Recruit across U.S. and international markets and coordinate across different time zones.

Roles You May Recruit For Professional & Technical Roles:

Estimators, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Mechanical Designers, Engineers, Procurement Specialists, Site Supervisors, and similar construction/engineering positions.

Skilled Trades:

Carpenters, Welders, Painters, CNC Operators,



Press Brake Operators, Fabricators, Installation Technicians, and other construction/manufacturing trades.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2+ years of professional recruitment experience .
- Strong experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Ability to independently conduct and evaluate candidate interviews.
- Experience working directly with hiring managers and multiple stakeholders.
- Solid organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Experience recruiting technical, professional, and/or skilled-trade positions.

Preferred: Experience recruiting within construction, architectural metals, manufacturing, engineering, or related industries . A background in HR, recruitment, business, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with an engineering or technical background and strong recruitment experience are also encouraged to apply.
