Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering and manufacturing positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, campus hiring, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate technical/HR interviews.
- Manage candidate communication, salary discussions, offer process, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate trackers, and recruitment TAT.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical engineering positions.
- Support employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Support induction and onboarding initiatives.
- Assist in employee feedback, engagement surveys, and HR development activities.




- Support HR process improvement and OD-related projects.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA/PGDM HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2 to 7 years of experience, preferably in engineering/manufacturing recruitment.
- Solid understanding of technical/engineering hiring.
- Good communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn will be an advantage.
- Candidates with exposure to training, employee engagement, and OD activities are preferred.
