About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Lucknow. In this role, you will find and hire good candidates for jobs on our ships — from officers to ratings. You will talk to candidates on calls, check their documents, and guide them through the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Find and screen candidates for different ship crew positions (officers and ratings)
- Call candidates to check their experience, documents, and availability
- Keep track of candidates and their details in Excel sheets
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and joining formalities




- Build a good understanding of shipping industry roles and requirements
- Maintain clear and regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support walk-in interviews and other hiring events at the office

What We're Looking For

- About 2 years of experience in recruitment (shipping industry knowledge preferred)
- Good communication skills in English
- Positive working knowledge of Excel
- Comfortable making calls and talking to different types of candidates
- Willing to work from our Lucknow office, 5 days a week
