- Visit customers for payment/recovery follow-up.
- Collect pending payments as per company guidelines.
- Maintain proper records of collections and customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls and field visits.
- Submit daily collection and visit reports.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Achieve assigned collection targets.
QUALIFICATION
- 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Any Degree
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
