About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our sales team. The BDA will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified opportunities, engaging prospects, and converting them into paying customers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, is comfortable speaking with decision-makers, and is motivated by achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers through outbound and inbound channels.
- Connect with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Understand prospect requirements and identify relevant business opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations when required.
- Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, authority, and buying intent.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity information in the CRM.
