Key Responsibilities Guest &

- Student Relations:

Warmly greet all visitors, students, and guests upon arrival with a skilled and friendly attitude.

Provide clear information regarding institute programs, schedules, and general policies.

Institute &

- Front Desk Operations:

Manage daily front desk operations, maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, and handle basic administrative tasks.

Monitor class schedules and techers attendance records.





Issue Resolution &

- Problem Solving:

Act as the immediate problem-solver for day-to-day operational issues, student concerns, or unexpected scheduling glitches.

Calmly address visitor complaints or challenges with empathy and quick thinking.

Escalate complex matters to management when necessary with clear context and suggested solutions.

Requirements &

Qualifications Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.

A welcoming, patient, and professional demeanor.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm attitude under pressure.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service representative is preferred (freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).

Work Schedule Hours: 2:30 PM – 9:30 PM * Salary: 6000/- to 7500/-
