Position: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Experience: 4–5 years of relevant Real Estate Sales experience is mandatory

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate and manage property sales leads.
- Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, and site visits.
- Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
- Convert leads into bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate with customers and coordinate the complete sales process.
- Maintain sales reports and customer records.

Requirements:

- 4–5 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of the Vapi/Valsad real estate market preferred.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
