- Prepare detailed reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS) based on structural and architectural drawings.
- Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and engineering requirements accurately.
- Develop rebar placing drawings using industry-standard detailing software.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify detailing requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and quality requirements.
- Review and revise detailing drawings based on client comments and project changes.
- Maintain project documentation and meet assigned project deadlines.
- Work effectively with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Required Skills
- Experience in Rebar Detailing and preparation of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and rebar detailing software.
- Positive understanding of reinforced concrete structures and construction drawings.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
