- Generate & handle project leads
- Call & follow up with customers
- Explain project details, pricing & payment plans
- Arrange & conduct site visits
- Convert leads into bookings
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain customer relationships & sales records
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication & convincing skills
- Sales-oriented approach
- Customer handling & follow-up skills
- Local real estate knowledge is an advantage
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month Interested candidates can share their CV.
