Key Responsibilities
- Handle qualified leads and convert them into property sales.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct and coordinate site visits and client meetings.
- Negotiate with clients and support the closure process.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales and internal teams for smooth transactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
