Education: B.Com / Graduate

Experience: 10–15 Years | Real Estate / Construction Industry

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete project procurement and purchase activities.

Vendor development, quotation comparison & rate negotiation.

Prepare and monitor Purchase Orders / Work Orders.

Ensure timely procurement as per project requirements and budgets.

Verify vendor bills, invoices, delivery & PO compliance.

Maintain vendor database, purchase records and documentation.

Monitor material procurement, outstanding payments and monthly purchase reports.

Coordinate with Projects, Accounts, Commercial & Management teams.

Candidate Profile

Strong knowledge of construction materials, excellent negotiation skills, vendor management experience and valuable command of MS Excel / ERP.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
