Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.

- Lead the complete marketing team and manage campaign performance.

- Plan digital, offline, branding, outdoor, and promotional activities.

- Drive lead generation and improve lead conversion.

- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve project targets.

- Manage agencies, vendors, media partners, and marketing budgets.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

- Develop project branding, launches, events, and promotional campaigns.

- Track marketing ROI, campaign performance, and lead quality.

- Prepare regular marketing reports for management.

Requirements:

- Graduate/MBA in Marketing preferred.

- Strong experience in real estate marketing is mandatory.

- Proven experience in managing marketing teams and large-scale campaigns.

- Good knowledge of digital marketing, ATL/BTL, branding, and lead generation.

- Robust communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
