Inside Sales Executive – Real Estate Company: Realty Exchange & Co.

About the Role Realty Exchange & Co. is looking for an energetic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, nurturing potential buyers, and converting leads into site visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and investors.
- Handle and follow up with inbound leads generated through digital marketing and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences and investment objectives.
- Explain relevant residential real estate projects and their key features.
- Qualify leads based on purchase intent, budget and timeline.
- Nurture leads through regular follow-ups via calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Work closely with the field sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads, site visits and conversions.




- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects until closure or disqualification.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telecalling, pre-sales or real estate sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Target-oriented and persistent with follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Real estate experience will be preferred.
- Candidates who are comfortable working from the office in Baner/Balewadi are preferred.
