Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage day-to-day business operations and ensure operational efficiency.
- Analyze business performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare business plans, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Monitor project progress, operational KPIs,
and business targets.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational best practices.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, legal, and project execution teams.
- Track revenue, costs, profitability, and business performance metrics.
- Support strategic planning, business expansion, and current business initiatives.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure smooth communication across departments.
- Identify business risks and develop strategies to mitigate operational challenges.
