Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Associate role based in Bengaluru North.

The Real Estate

Associate will guide clients through the property selection and transaction process, including understanding their requirements, presenting suitable options, and arranging site visits. The role involves coordinating with developers, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate projects, and advising on market trends and pricing.

Associate will handle inquiries, prepare basic documentation related to offers and agreements, and follow up with clients to ensure a smooth experience from first contact to closure.



The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to support marketing activities, lead management, and client relationship building.

Qualifications

- Strong client advisory and relationship management skills, including the ability to understand individual needs and build trust.
- Knowledge of real estate markets, preferably metro and Bengaluru North markets, with the ability to interpret property trends and pricing.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with clear spoken and written English; additional local language proficiency is an advantage.
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple clients, property visits, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM or lead management systems for tracking inquiries and maintaining records.
- Prior experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or advisory is beneficial, though motivated candidates with sales or customer-facing experience are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; relevant certifications in real estate or sales are an added advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru North, including field visits, with a professional and service-oriented attitude.
