Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented R&D; Officer for our Cattle Feed manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for feed formulation, product development, raw-material evaluation, product trials, nutritional analysis, and improvement of existing cattle feed products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and improve cattle feed formulations as per nutritional requirements.
- Conduct research on new feed ingredients, additives, minerals, vitamins, and raw materials.
- Evaluate the quality and nutritional value of incoming raw materials.
- Conduct laboratory and product trials for new formulations.
- Monitor product performance and suggest improvements in quality and cost.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Production, Purchase, and Technical teams.
- Maintain formulation sheets, trial reports, test reports, and R&D; documentation.
- Support troubleshooting related to feed quality and production processes.
- Study market requirements and support development of new cattle feed products.
- Ensure formulations meet applicable quality and nutritional standards.
- Analyze test results and prepare technical reports.
- Maintain records of R&D; experiments, trials, and product development activities.

Required Qualifications
- B.Sc./M.Sc.



in Animal Nutrition, Dairy Technology, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, Food Technology, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Cattle Feed / Animal Feed / Feed Manufacturing / Animal Nutrition.
- Knowledge of cattle feed formulation and nutritional requirements.
- Knowledge of feed raw materials and their nutritional properties.
- Good analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and technical documentation.
