Role Description The Quick Commerce Executive | Wellness is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves managing wellness product listings on quick commerce platforms, ensuring accurate information, pricing, and inventory updates. The executive coordinates daily with operations, warehouse, and customer support teams to ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities include monitoring platform performance, analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and suggesting improvements to product assortment and promotions.



The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with platform partners, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications

- Drive sales volume, brand visibility, and market penetration for Sri Sri Tattva across top quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart). The role entails managing platform partnerships, category assortment planning, promotional negotiations, supply chain fulfillment alignment, and dark-store level availability to ensure rapid business scaling in the 10-20 minute delivery ecosystem.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of proven account management experience in quick commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) or contemporary trade key accounts within FMCG/grocery. Thorough working knowledge of quick commerce dark-store replenishment cycles, vendor portals, and fill-rate metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate promotional packages and manage day-to-day platform operations.
