Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQs, estimates, and tenders for construction projects.

- Conduct quantity surveying activities such as measurement, billing, and cost control.

- Manage project budgets and ensure timely completion within budget constraints.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve issues related to quantities and costs.

- Provide accurate estimates of materials required for construction projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-20 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) with expertise in BOQ preparation, estimation, and bill of quantities (BOQ).

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

- Solid understanding of QS principles and practices with proficiency in software like AutoCAD or similar tools.
