Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor in-process quality at Injection Moulding, Painting, Plating, and Assembly stages.
- Ensure compliance with process parameters, Control Plan, Work Instructions, and quality standards.
- Conduct in-process inspection, process audits, and product verification.
- Monitor and control process defects, rejection, rework, and scrap.
- Support APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and PPAP activities.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor paint and plating quality as per customer requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and support corrective/preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments for quality improvement.
- Support supplier quality and process audits.
