Job Title: Quality Manager

Experience:

10-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, preferably in Medical Devices, or Automotive manufacturing.

6 days working

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive shopfloor quality excellence through structured problem solving and rapid resolution of customer, process, and product quality issues.
2. Drive a culture of defect prevention, process discipline, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
3. Collaborate with Production, R&D;, Tool Room, and Automation teams to improve process capability and First Pass Yield (FPY).
4. Monitor and improve quality performance through KPIs such as PPM, COPQ, rework, scrap, customer complaints, and internal defects.
5. Facilitate root cause analysis using 8D, 5-Why,



Fishbone, A3, and other quality tools, ensuring sustainable corrective and preventive actions.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

- B.E. - Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or equivalent.
- Solid experience in Injection Molding quality management.
- Proficient in SPC, MSA, FMEA, CAPA, Six Sigma, 8D, 5-Why, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
