- Develop and maintain the hospital’s Quality Management System (QMS).

- Coordinate implementation and monitoring of NABH standards and other applicable accreditation requirements.

- Monitor quality indicators, patient-safety indicators, and clinical/non-clinical KPIs.

- Conduct regular internal quality audits and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Identify quality gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

- Investigate and document patient complaints, incidents, adverse events, and near misses.

- Coordinate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for significant incidents.

- Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for hospital management.

- Organize and participate in quality committee meetings and follow up on action points.

- Ensure proper documentation, SOPs, policies, forms, and quality records.

- Conduct staff training on quality, patient safety,



infection prevention, documentation, and accreditation standards.

- Monitor compliance with hospital policies and standard operating procedures.

- Coordinate with clinical, nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, infection-control, HR, and support departments.

- Monitor patient feedback and service-quality trends.

- Support infection control and patient-safety initiatives.

- Assist during NABH/accreditation assessments and external audits.

- Track departmental improvement projects and verify their effectiveness.

- Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement and patient safety throughout the hospital.
