We are a premier engineering company manufacturing precision machined components (CNC/VMC). We are looking for a dedicated and experienced QC Line Inspector / Quality Control Engineer to oversee line inspection. The selected candidate will ensure that raw materials, in-process setups, and finished products conform strictly to client designs and internal engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

- Perform routine and first-piece quality inspection directly on the CNC & VMC production lines.
- Accurately read and interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T; specifications.
- Expertly handle measuring instruments like Digital Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gauges, Height Gauges, and Thread Gauges.
- Monitor manufacturing dimensions regularly to spot visual defects or dimensional errors immediately.
- Maintain error-free records of daily production quality reports, line logbooks,



and rejection analytics sheets.
- Coordinate on-floor with CNC/VMC operators and shop supervisors to eliminate repeating machining errors instantly.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: ITI (Mechanical/Machinist), Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or BE/B.Tech (Mechanical).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in precision machining or auto-component setups.
- Sound practical capability of operating precision mechanical instruments.
- Sound knowledge of engineering tolerances and reading layout drawings.
- Discipline, robust attendance habits, and commitment to working on the factory floor.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
