Quality Management Systems (QMS) &

- Compliance

- Establish and maintain Quality Management Systems aligned with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.

- Ensure total adherence to Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR) from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

- Lead internal, external, and third-party quality audits, ensuring swift root-cause analysis and closure of audit findings.

Process &

- Production Quality Control

- Oversee quality checkpoints across all manufacturing stages—from raw material receiving to final dispatch.

- Review and approve Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) documents.

- Monitor key process parameters and capability metrics like Cp/Cpk.

- Exercise the authority to stop production immediately if severe non-conformances or safety risks arise.

Supplier Quality Management

- Evaluate, onboard, and audit component suppliers to build a robust external supply chain.





- Track supplier Key Performance Indicators such as incoming PPM (Parts Per Million) rejection rates.

- Drive supplier development and corrective action plans (CAPA) for defective incoming materials.

Problem Solving &

- Continuous Improvement

- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer complaints using structured methods like 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone Diagrams.

- Champion continuous improvement frameworks including Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Poka-Yoke to drive scrap and rework reduction.

Team Leadership &

- Reporting

- Mentor and manage Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) engineers and inspectors.

- Present quality performance dashboards, scrap costs, and warranty metrics to senior executive management

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
