Role Description The Quality Engineer role at RSB PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED is a full-time, on-site position based in Ramagundam. The role involves implementing and maintaining quality standards across industrial construction projects, ensuring that materials, processes, and finished work meet design specifications and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting inspections and tests, reviewing technical drawings and documentation for quality compliance, monitoring quality metrics, and identifying root causes of non-conformities.

The Quality

Engineer collaborates with project, engineering,



and site teams to develop corrective and preventive actions, update quality procedures, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also requires preparing quality reports, maintaining records, and participating in customer and internal audits to uphold the company’s reputation for dependable project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Engineering and Product Quality to ensure construction outputs meet defined standards and specifications.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control for conducting inspections, tests, and verification of materials and site work.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance to develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures and documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management to monitor quality performance, support audits, and drive continuous improvement across projects.
- Relevant educational background in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in industrial construction projects (steel structures, petroleum or petrochemical plants, power plant or similar environments) is highly beneficial.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Candidates having 5–10 years of relevant experience in Power Plant and/or Industrial Projects shall be preferred.
