Position: Civil Quality Engineer

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. – Civil Engineering

Experience: 2–5 Years

Project: Shakkar Pench Link Combined Project (SPLCP)

ProjectType: Irrigation / Pressurised MS Pipeline Project Project

Location: Project sites within approximately 100 km radius surrounding Hard Dam, Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor QA/QC activities for civil and pipeline works at site.
- Conduct inspections for trenching, excavation, bedding, pipe laying, backfilling and compaction.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, ITP, FQP, Method Statements and project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain RFI, inspection checklists, test reports, QA/QC records and DPR/QA-QC DPR.
- Coordinate with Client, Consultant, Site Engineers, Surveyors and Testing Agencies for inspections and approvals.
- Verify material quality, test certificates and field/laboratory test results.
- Coordinate with the survey team for alignment, chainage, levels, TBM/RL and measurement verification.
- Monitor FDT/soil compaction, concrete works and other applicable civil tests.




- Identify quality issues/non-conformities and coordinate for corrective actions.
- Maintain proper documentation and support project quality compliance and handover documentation.

Mandatory Skills

- Advanced MS Excel
- MS PowerPoint
- AutoCAD
- Surveying & Levelling
- Good knowledge of Civil QA/QC procedures
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Knowledge of relevant IS Codes and project specifications
- Valuable documentation, communication and site coordination skills

Preferred / Added Advantage

- Experience in irrigation/pipeline projects
- Experience with MS, DI or HDPE pipelines
- Knowledge of pipeline trenching, laying, jointing and backfilling
- Experience in hydrostatic pressure testing
- Knowledge of FDT, soil testing and compaction
- Experience with ITP, FQP, Method Statements, RFI and NCR
- Knowledge of Power BI / MS Project will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
