Role Description The Quality Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Quality

Engineer will oversee product quality for storage tanks, silos, and material handling equipment by planning and executing inspections, tests, and audits across the production process. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing quality standards, monitoring compliance with internal and external specifications, investigating non-conformities, and driving corrective and preventive actions. The role also involves maintaining quality documentation,



collaborating with design, production, and service teams to improve processes, and supporting customer quality requirements and after-sales service feedback.

The Quality

Engineer will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, safety, and performance of Ecosphere’s products.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Quality Engineering and Quality Management, with the ability to design and implement robust quality systems.
- Hands-on experience in Quality Control activities, including inspections, testing, and process audits on mechanical or industrial products.
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance practices, such as documentation, compliance with standards, and procedure development.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure Product Quality through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with ISO or similar quality management standards and basic statistical quality tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a systematic approach.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in office.
- Experience in storage tanks, silos, material handling equipment, or related manufacturing industries is an advantage.
