- Process and Quality Control: Monitor shop-floor manufacturing (such as CNC machining, stamping, or moulding) using Statistical Process Control (SPC) to detect process variations early. [1, 2]

- Compliance and Standards: Maintain adherence to automotive quality management systems like IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. [1]

- Core Tools Execution: Manage and execute APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) packages for customer part approvals. [1, 2]

- Defect Prevention: Lead Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to identify and mitigate potential manufacturing risks. [1, 2]

- Root Cause Analysis & CAPA: Investigate customer rejections, internal scrap, or supplier defects using 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone diagrams, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). [1, 2]

- Supplier Quality Management: Audit incoming raw materials, manage vendor Parts Per Million (PPM) performance metrics, and approve supplier components. [1, 2]

- Audits and Inspections: Conduct internal process audits, Layered Process Audits (LPA), and dimensional verifications using precision tools or Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
