Job Title: QC Executive / QC Engineer

Reporting To: QC Manager / Plant Head

Job Summary The QC Executive is responsible for ensuring that raw materials, in-process products, and finished packaging products meet defined quality standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming raw materials as per approved specifications.
- Perform in-process quality checks during production.
- Conduct final inspection of finished packaging products before dispatch.
- Check dimensions, appearance, printing, colour, strength, and other quality parameters.
- Identify defects and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
- Coordinate with Production for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation.
- Handle customer complaints and support root-cause analysis.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of QC measuring instruments.
- Maintain approved samples, specifications, and quality standards.
- Support internal, customer,



ISO, and other quality audits.
- Monitor rejection, rework, and quality-related issues and support improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and applicable customer requirements.

Qualification Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. or relevant qualification

Experience: 1–3 years in Quality Control, preferably in the packaging industry.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of QC inspection and testing methods
- Understanding of 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis
- Basic knowledge of ISO/QMS documentation
- Ability to use measuring and testing instruments
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Positive communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
