Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Control role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

The Quality

Control professional will perform routine inspections, sampling, and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, documenting test results, identifying non-conformities, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with production and quality teams. The role involves maintaining and updating quality records, supporting internal and external audits, and ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene protocols.



The individual will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, reduce quality issues, and support training initiatives related to quality and food safety.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to ensure product consistency and compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management to support the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of quality systems and procedures.
- Candidates should possess skills in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to maintain safe, hygienic, and compliant production environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing to conduct internal checks, support regulatory inspections, and verify adherence to standards.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field are beneficial.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO, FSSAI regulations) and experience in the food processing or manufacturing sector are advantageous.
- Robust attention to detail, analytical abilities, documentation skills, and proficiency with basic laboratory or testing equipment are preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site, follow SOPs, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with production and management teams is important.
