Job Summary

We are looking for an IPQA Executive / Senior IPQA Executive to manage in-process quality assurance activities across manufacturing and packaging operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform line clearance for manufacturing and packing.
- Monitor processes as per BMR and SOPs.
- Conduct in-process checks for pH, viscosity, temperature and appearance.
- Ensure GMP, hygiene and safety compliance.
- Verify weighing, dispensing and raw material usage.
- Monitor filling, labelling, coding and packaging.
- Review BMR, BPR, logbooks and production records.
- Identify and report deviations and non-conformities.
- Coordinate with Production and QC.
- Support CAPA and continuous improvement.





Qualification & Experience

- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in IPQA/QA.
- Valuable knowledge of GMP, SOPs, GDP and quality documentation.
- Experience in BMR/BPR review and in-process quality checks.
- Good analytical and coordination skills.

Location: Palghar Kolgaon

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
