Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Assurance / Lab Technician to support quality testing and inspection of pulses, rice, grains, and other food products. The candidate will be responsible for basic laboratory testing, quality checking, maintaining records, and ensuring that products meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Check the quality of incoming raw materials such as dal, rice, grains, and other food products.
- Conduct basic laboratory tests and physical quality checks.
- Check parameters such as moisture, colour, appearance, impurities, broken grains, foreign matter, and product quality.
- Collect and prepare samples for testing.
- Inspect finished products before packaging and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and quality reports.




- Identify and report quality issues to the senior/QA manager.
- Ensure proper sampling, testing, and storage of samples.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the laboratory and production area.
- Follow company quality, safety, and food hygiene procedures.

Eligibility
- Qualification: B.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Technology, Agriculture, Biology, or a related field.
- Experience: 0–1 year in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Food Testing, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant educational knowledge may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation is preferred.
- Positive observation, communication, and record-keeping skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
