Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed estimates, tenders, and quotations for electrical projects.
- Conduct rate analysis to determine the most cost-effective options for clients.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in quantity surveying or related field.
- Robust knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in preparing estimates, tenders, quotes, and other financial documents.
- Ability to analyze rates effectively to optimize costs.
