Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs for residential and commercial construction projects.
- Review architectural, structural, MEP, and other project drawings to identify quantities and specifications.
- Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and project budgets.
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Evaluate contractor and subcontractor bills and verify quantities completed at site.
- Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within the approved budget.
- Prepare work orders, variation statements, and cost comparison reports.
- Track material consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, Architects, and Procurement Team.
- Verify measurements at site and maintain proper quantity records.
- Assist with final billing, reconciliation, and project closure documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, quantities, quotations, and payments.
- Ensure commercial and quantity-related documentation is updated regularly.





Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, rate analysis, and billing.
- Good understanding of construction materials and methods.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Valuable negotiation and vendor coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with site and project teams.

Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Relevant experience in residential construction, villas, or real-estate projects will be preferred.

Experience 3–6 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying / Billing / Cost Estimation in the construction industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
