Key Responsibilities

· Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs from drawings and specifications.

· Prepare rate analysis and cost estimates for materials, labour and subcontract works.

· Prepare client bills, RA bills, work completion bills and final bills.

· Verify subcontractor and vendor bills against actual site measurements and agreed rates.

· Coordinate with site supervisors, project managers and vendors for measurements and billing requirements.

· Maintain records of measurements, work orders, purchase orders and bills.

· Monitor project quantities, costs and variations.

· Prepare variation statements and additional work quotations.

· Check material consumption and wastage against project requirements.

· Assist in project cost control and budget monitoring.





· Maintain proper documentation of all billing and quantity-related records.

· Support management with cost reports and project financial updates.

· Qualifications & Experience

· Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.

· 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, interior or contracting projects.

· Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off and billing.

· Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD and billing software is preferred.

· Robust numerical, analytical and documentation skills.
