Job Purpose

Improve product quality, reduce defects, In-Process Quality ensuring product quality, safety and compliance. Contribute in machining and assembly processes, Identify Kaizens, Poka-Yoke.

Nature of Experience

Automotive Components Manufacturing Company having Machining and Assembly Processes knowledge.

Reporting To: Asst. Manager / Manager

1. In-house & Purchase Part Quality





- Inspection of Inhouse & Outsource Parts / Assemblies
- Acceptance / Rejection of GRN
- Maintaining the inspection documents & records
- Actively participate in IHR rejection analysis & maintaining CAPA
- Identify & implementation of KAIZENS / POKA-YOKE
- Follow up with Supplier / In-house for action plan regarding IHR / Customer Complaint
- Layout Inspection
- Execution of production plan & keeping production & QC records

1. Quality Management System

- Awareness about ISO-9001 Audit documents
- Aware about 8D / Problem solving techniques
- Aware about Process & Product Audit

Functional or Technical Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Ability)

Competencies Required:

- Problem Solving Tools

- Handling of Measuring Equipment
