Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and technical requirements and prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.

- Execute manual test cases and document test results.

- Identify, document, track, and verify defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

- Perform UI, API, and database testing as required.

- Participate in requirement reviews and provide inputs from a QA perspective.

- Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to resolve defects.

- Perform regression testing for new releases and application enhancements.

- Support SIT, UAT, and production validation activities.

- Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing status, risks, and issues.

- Contribute to improving QA processes, test coverage, and overall product quality.

Automation Testing Preferred Skills

- Hands-on experience with automation testing using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.

- Strong programming experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Experience developing and maintaining automation test scripts and frameworks.

- Knowledge of Page Object Model (POM) and other automation framework practices.

- Experience with API automation using tools such as REST Assured or Postman.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins,



GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

- Experience executing automated regression and smoke test suites.

Manual Testing Skills

- Strong knowledge of STLC and SDLC.

- Experience in test case design, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.

- Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing.

- Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools.

- Good knowledge of SQL/database validation.

- Ability to analyze requirements and identify functional and edge-case scenarios.

Required Skills

- 4–8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Testing.

- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and testing processes.

- Hands-on experience in Manual Testing.

- Automation testing experience is preferred and can be considered based on the requirement.

- Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira/Azure DevOps.

- Good understanding of API and database testing.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Positive to Have

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Knowledge of Git and version control.

- Experience with Docker or cloud environments.

- Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter.

- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
