Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA/QC skilled to join our Real Estate development team. The QA/QC Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all real estate projects, from conception to completion, adhere to the highest quality standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance and quality control processes across various stages of property development and construction.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) plans, procedures, and standards for all real estate projects.

- Conduct regular site inspections and audits at various stages of construction (e.g., foundation, structural, MEP, finishes) to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, specifications, and other project documents to identify potential quality issues and ensure constructability and adherence to standards.

- Identify, document, and report non-conformities, defects, and deviations from quality standards,



recommending appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

- Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions, ensuring timely resolution of identified issues.

- Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to foster a culture of quality and ensure seamless execution of quality protocols.

- Prepare detailed QA/QC reports, inspection checklists, and documentation for all project phases, maintaining accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.

- Participate in material inspections, testing, and approval processes to ensure that all materials used meet specified quality criteria.

- Provide training and guidance to project teams and contractors on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

- Assist in the final handover process, including snagging lists and defect liability period inspections, ensuring all issues are resolved to client satisfaction.

- Stay updated with the latest industry standards, building codes, and quality management systems relevant to real estate and construction.
