QA/QC Manager

Location: RR Industrial Park, Super Corridor, Indore

Experience: 8+ Years (Mandatory: Perfumery or Cosmetics Industry)

CTC: Up to 12 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Office Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle QA & QC activities in the manufacturing unit.
- Operate and manage GC-MS (Agilent) instruments.
- Analyze test results and ensure product quality.
- Prepare and implement SOPs and quality procedures.
- Monitor quality standards for raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with quality guidelines and documentation.
- Lead the quality team and maintain zero-defect product dispatch.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in the Perfumery or Cosmetics Industry.
- Hands-on experience with GC-MS (Agilent Systems).
- Good knowledge of QA/QC processes, SOPs, and quality documentation.
- Solid leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and implement CAPA.
- Ensure compliance with IFRA standards,



ISO requirements, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Supervise testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Work with the perfumery team to maintain fragrance quality and batch consistency.
- Approve or reject batches based on quality standards.
- Lead, train, and manage the QA/QC team.
- Maintain Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and laboratory safety.
- Coordinate with Production and R&D; to ensure quality at every stage.

Required Qualifications:

- M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or a related field.
- 8+ years of QA/QC experience in the Perfumery, Fragrance & Flavor (F&F;), or Cosmetics Industry.
- Hands-on experience with GC-MS (Agilent) and other laboratory instruments.
- Good knowledge of SOPs, CAPA, IFRA, ISO documentation, and quality systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
